15 haunting never seen it before photos of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant exclusion zone

Infrared photography expert Vladimir Migutin traveled to pripyat -a ghost town in Ukraine, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city was once the place where people who worked for the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant lived.

Pripyat became a ghost town after the infamous Chernobyl Nuclear disaster in 1986.

Vladimir captured pictures from the abandoned place using a full spectrum camera and a 590-nm infrared filter from Kolari Vision.

"30 years after the fallout, while men are still away, the forests, the animals, the plants, it felt like everything is thriving, revived by mother nature. A bit pathos, but I really felt this way," Mr Vladimir said.
