10 Fabulous ideas to help you get your life together, and quickly!






It’s easy to focus on the negative things but try focus on the positive. Instead of seeing the glass half empty, see it half full. Or even - totally full. Here are ideas to help you to be happy!

1. Gratitudes

Start each day saying how grateful for you are for certain things. It can be for the sunshine, for your cup of coffee or for your dog snoring next to you.

2. Set goals

You don’t have to overly driven. If you’re feeling down, a goal can be to go for a walk. If you’re career orientated, your goal could be to get a new client. It may be as small as to fill the grocery cupboard too!

3. Be yourself

Stop worrying about what you are ‘meant to be like’ and be yourself. Don’t focus on what you are supposed to look like, or how you are supposed to feel. Be you!

4. Be in the moment

Appreciate every moment. If you’re in the sun, feel the warmth on your skin. If you’re chatting to someone, be present.

5. Sometimes, give up control.

Remember, you cannot control everything. Some things are the way they are. Go with the moment.

6. Take a risk

You cannot always live life in the slow lane. Book the hike you want to go on or do something different. Be brave, adventurous and watch your life take a turn for the best.

7. Eat well

This sounds so silly but you feel so much better when you give up sugar! You don't have to give up all sugar - the occasional donut is fine - but be aware of what you eat.

8. Get past the material stuff

Don’t worry about those trendy jeans. Wear what you’re comfortable in.

9. Read, sing, dance.

Try read a poem a week, a book a month, and dance while you’re making dinner.

10. Stop worrying

It’s not going to help!
