On her official Instagram account, the popular rap icon Nicki Minaj has shared recent updates on one of her charity works in one of the rural villages in India with photo and video uploads.
She kept the name of the village hidden from the public and expressed her love and compassion for the villagers. Thanks to her donations over the past few years, the villagers now have a lot of their basic needs fulfilled that they could not afford to have.
As Minaj mentions on her Instagram post, she has contributed a massive amount of her wealth so that the village could have a Computer centre, a tailoring institute, a reading program and two water wells. Because of her charity work, success and prosperity of this village has become a popular topic in India and other countries as well.
In her post she sincerely gave a message to all of viewers stating that, most people complain about the smallest hardships that are not even worth complaining while others do not have anything to claim.
Her intention of doing this charity work is to bring that kind of underprivileged people a life of comfort and happiness. Especially she proudly mentions about women whom in her opinion should be empowered with the facilities they are being given.
